This seminar provides a more comprehensive overview of the general framework for developing and researching silicon detectors. It will cover both the reasons for focusing on these devices and the steps taken to achieve their proper development. As with other detector projects, silicon detectors must be carefully designed and tested, with tight noise control and resistance to radiation playing a central role. Throughout the seminar, we will look at the main methods used in developing these detectors, as well as the key considerations that guide ongoing research in this field. By the end of the seminar, participants will gain a clearer understanding of the principles, challenges involved in the development and study of silicon detectors.
